The Rove Pro Designer Battery is the largest of the three, a box format 510 device with a digital display and a window that shows the cartridge inside it. The screen is the reason to pick it: you can see what the device is set to rather than counting button presses.
It is also the most expensive at $45. The Diamond Series Battery is the plain pen if you do not need a screen and the Slim Battery is the pod only battery that takes no cartridges. The carts this device is built around are in a 510 cartridge to run in it.

Eight finishes appear on this listing: cream, pink, blue with repeated Rove lettering, an illustrated robot design, black with cannabis leaves, a winged shield emblem, a repeating Rove wordmark pattern, and a marbled colour design. The artwork is cosmetic and there is no option picker on the page to choose one.
A visible cartridge window is more useful than it sounds. On a pen you find out a cart is empty when it stops producing vapour, and on this you can see it coming. That plus the screen is what the extra $10 over the Slim Battery buys. Whether a screen is worth $10 over a plain pen depends entirely on whether you adjust settings. If you never change them, it is not.
